• Lessons must be paid in advance either through our on-line scheduling service or at our facility,

 A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO SECURE A LESSON/CAGE RENTAL 

• Please arrive early to warm up.

• If you need to cancel a lesson, a minimum of 12 hour notice is required.  If cancellation does not occur within the specified time period, full payment of your lesson &/or cage rental is charged. (For your convenience, our office voice mail is checked during non-business hours)

• Please mark equipment as ALL-STAR PERFORMANCE is not responsible for lost or stolen equipment.

• At ALL-STAR PERFORMANCE our teaching style is not the “Cookie Cutter” method, molding everyone the same way. We will find what you do well and work around that.
