Frequently Asked Questions about Birthday Parties:

• How Early Should I schedule a Birthday Party with ALL-STAR PERFORMANCE?
The Sooner the Better. A Two Week Notice is required. This allows us to reserve the space and birthday coach.

• How Do I secure a reservation with ALL-STAR PERFORMANCE to conduct a party?
First, contact our office to get an agreeable date and time. Once a mutual date and time have been agreed upon, a credit card deposit will be required. Once we have the deposit, the date and time will be secured and put into our schedule.

• What Does ALL-STAR PERFORMANCE provide during the party?
Depending on which birthday party package you choose, we provide the space, hitting cages, two large pizzas & soft drinks for the birthday child  guests. With our all-inclusive TOUCH EM ALL birthday party package, we will coordinate the event, provide a birthday coach, equipment (except gloves) and will have small giveaways.

• What do I, the parent, need to provide for the party?
The parents need only to inform all attending children to wear appropriate athletic attire to the party. Also, children should be told to bring a baseball glove with them.

• What is an example of a schedule during the party?
Example 1 – TOUCH EM ALL PARTY
5 minutes – Introduction, rules and trivia
20 minutes – Skill activities (waffle ball, BP, fungoes)
10 minutes – Relays and obstacle courses
20 minutes – Game (everyone plays)
5 minutes – Wrap up, birthday boy or girl gift award

• How many birthday coaches will ALL-STAR PERFORMANCE provide for the
TOUCH EM ALL PARTY? 
One Coach  per 15 players provided. If the party exceeds 15 children, additional costs will apply and another coach will be added.

• How much does the party cost?
Depending on the birthday package you choose, a minimum one hour party is $150.00
