High-Performance Athletic Enhancement Training  

All-Star Performance has partnered with HammerBodies HSP (the sports performance division of HammerBodies Custom Fitness) to provide the area’s most comprehensive training resource for baseball athletes. 

While All-Star Performance instructors focus on baseball’s technical skills, the university-degreed and certified training
specialists of HammerBodies HSP will offer a variety of athletic enhancement workshops and clinics focused on fundamentals such as basepath acceleration, slugging power, gap-closing speed and pitching velocity.  In addition, customized group and team training will also be offered.  Training will take place on-site at the All-Star Performance facility in Kirkwood.
