How do I sign up?

You can sign up through our on-line system or text our office for assistance 314-394-1495.

REGISTER HERE!   Please note: Assessments are required for all players joining the program for fall & winter registrations only.  A one-time fee of $99 is added to your registration fee.  This will be scheduled after your registration.

*What days of the week are offered?

Pitching is currently Offered Monday – Thursday *Hitting Varies by Month – Text our Office for Info! 314-394-1495

 Appointment times begin at 4 p.m. and are offered every hour throughout the evening.  

*How long are the sessions?

Each Visit for our High School Pitching Program is two hours.  One Hour of  Pitching and One hour of strength training.  

Strength should be the last appointment scheduled.

Hitters have an option for Strength.  (8) 1 Hour Strength Sessions are available for $99.00.  Please Note: This is GROUP training.

How long are the credits good for?

For a 4 week session, credits are good for 45 days, however, extensions are possible based on the time of year.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations done with a minimum 8 hours notice can be re-scheduled, otherwise the visit is deducted.

How do I schedule?

Scheduling is done either through our app or our online system.  Schedule from  the  Mach One Tab for Pitching and the Lesson tab for Hitting.    Clients must schedule both sessions – Pitch and also Strength.   Hitting is scheduled without strength.  Strength can be added for a fee. Our staff can assist with scheduling if needed.

How many days am I required to attend?

Pitching is required 2x per week August -March (no back to back days) but In-Season (April-July), 1x per week is permitted.   Hitting is offered based on each players need. 

How Long is the Program?

Mach One is offered Year Round! 

Is this one-on-one training?

This is a group setting.  For pitching, the coach to player ratio is 4:1. Hitting is 2:1 and strength training sessions are group with a higher coach to player ratio.
